Hi again,
last year I posted about a project I heard about on twitter called "The Mighty Titan" (a hero with cancer). It's creator, Joe Martino (Cancer Survivor Himself) was starting a KickStarter to help get his project off the ground. When time got close (and when Joe was sweating whether he would reach his goal), I contacted him and told him "We got this, I will help and we will get this done."
Since that call, we pushed to get his creation as much west coast press as possible, especcially in the AZ, CA, NV, UT Areas. His KickStarter was a success, (326% past his goal) and he was able to put a creative team together to make it happen and put some cash in the hands of some very creative people.
I applaud him for getting off his ass and making his dream come true. We need more people like Joe in every industry, not just comics, and I am proud to have helped him get his project off the drawing board and onto store shelves. Below is a link to the latest review, give it a read, and make sure to go visit his "The Mighty Titan" facebook page to keep updated with this and future projects.
